I went early around 6:15am , because I work 12hr shifts at night, and was starving for some good hearty food that wasn't breakfast. Cue Jack in the Box..... I tried the new smash jack burger with their legendary tacos and curly fries and was not disappointed! I came on Drive Thru on Jan 17 at 10:40 AM, the employee who took the order was so rude, he yelled at me when making the order. I came inside and asking for the manager to complain, the guy who took my order said that there is no manager on site, and he said that he does not care if I make the complain or not. I stayed at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody showed up for customer services. This is really bad custom... View all feedback.
