Now that they have reopened, I finally ha... read more I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and was unable to due to its closure during the Covid pandemic. Now that they have reopened, I finally had the opportunity to visit. I arrived shortly before closing time and was impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment. The staff member greeted me warmly and offered to assist me with any questions I had. I informed her that I am vegan, and she kindly recommended the best options for me. I decided to go with a bowl with Quinoa and Brown Rice as the base, topped with roasted vegetables and a selection of up to 5 toppings. I chose tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, hemp seeds, onions, and tomatoes. The staff member also offered us a taste of two different dressings, Avocado and Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette. The food was flavorful and filling, leaving me feeling satisfied and content. Both my companion and I preferred the avocado dressing over the cilantro lime dressing.
