Excellent food for a special evening! Small but very personal seating. Everything on the menu sounded so good. We just came to eat. 2 groups less than 6 people all but one are adults, and PER THE RESTAURANT’s OWN GUIDELINES, we wanted to be seated as separate parties. But the lady refused to seat us because we all knew each other and were “part of the same group”??? We didn’t care to sit with each other, nor be seated at the same time. Couldn’t believe it. Excellent meal. Far exceeded my expectations and was probably the best meal I've ever had in the OBX. Everything was prepared perfectly and tasted phenomenal.

The food was absolutely fantastic! A lady working at the Hampton Inn suggested the Urban Kitchen and said that of all the places to eat on the Outer Banks this was her favorite. She showed us a listing of all the restaurants and this is the one we picked after asking multiple questions. She did not steer us wrong. Go try it. You won’t break the bank either!
This is by far the best Resturant in all of OBX. It is a gem tucked away in Corolla. We have traveled all over the world and compare this restaurant to every place we go and nothing even comes close. Their catfish has been a staple of ours since they started serving, it’s amazing. I’m not sure who the goofball is who said it was not good. You clearly don’t have a mature palate. Maybe you should go to food lion and get some fish sticks. This is an amazing Resturant and if you are anywhere close to OBX you should look it up and pay Jen and Joe a visit. Between the two of them and their amazing crew they will knock your socks off. This place is five stars all the way!!! Eric and Shirley?
