W Xyz Cupertino

I stay in hotels all over the world and a Bonvoy member. This was my first time staying in this hotel and it will be the last. The walls are so thin, you can hear the people or T.V. in the room/s next to you. Every slamming door, every person walking, talking and laughing, you hear it. The bed was terrible. It was the hardest bed I have ever experienced. It was like trying to sleep on a pool table. I even tried sleeping on the thin couch. I was there for six terrible nights for business. Unfortunately, I don't get to pick the hotels I stay in, but this is the first time in five years I have had a bad stay at any hotel, and I travel a lot with this company all over the world. Also I usually bring leftovers from home to eat so I don't have to eat out and my work days can go up to 18 hours. This is the first hotel I can remember that doesn't have a microwave in the room. If you have something you want heated up, you have to go down to the lobby where there is a microwave you can use by the reception desk. There is a teenie tiny refrigerator in the room though that won't hold much more than a six pack of soda. The soap in the shower was also empty and I asked to have it refilled. Never happened. A co-worker was without hot water for three days and had a room above the bar. Sleep was not an option until they turned off the techno music at 11 P.M.. He agrees with me, we will never stay here again.

WXYZ Bar is a great place to hang with friends and enjoy delicious cocktail drinks. The surroundings are lively, with modern decor and a magnificent atmosphere. The bartenders are knowledgeable and prepare unique and tasty cocktails that are a feast for the senses. The bar menu is large, with a variety of alternatives. The music and lighting are immaculate and provide an unforgettable experience.

Rose Lemon Drop Martini!! Yum! The ambience is great, and her table shines up and changes colors. Our Bartender's name is Kay and she's super nice. She's making a mean drink too! You will only be open until 22:00, wish you a little later. But I don't think many people know they're still open. I didn't know, but every W XYZ bar has a different drink menu.

Stayed here for a weekend to visit family and it was a really good stay. The desk was very pleasant when we were checking in the room was super clean everyone is very helpful. Took some of the kids to go swimming the very nice and clean pool. Very very nice stay would definitely recommend and we'll be back again! Shout out to all the staff during our stay!!

Excellent hotel with excellent location, extremely clean comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, she made our trip more interesting with her advices tips about the city, supermarket , shops, restaurants bars, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody! It is a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again reception staff for going just that little extra step for us!!!
