There is a new Chinese restaurant in Cupertino that specializes in noodle soup and Hainan chicken. The Hainan chicken has generous portions, with firm and tender meat and gel-like chicken skin. The only thing missing is the sauce, which can be complemented with a hand-ground ginger soup. As for the noodle soup, there are plenty of options to choose from. What Jaylen wu doesn't like about Special Noodle Soup Hé Jì Jī Tāng Mǐ Xiàn:
I came here for a meal in the evening, and after only two bites, I told me that I had to go over to pay. I agreed to go there in a while, and went to the restroom. I stopped me and refused to let me go back to my seat. I had to pay first, and the meal was not finished yet. It was really disgusting. View all feedback.

I will simply turn the fish noodles into reisnudels. chickens very tasty rice and not fat. original hainan chicken rice uses the chicken oil that came out of the chicken stable to stir fry rice from raw to boiling. this tastes not oily as many, but also in the layer, have taste in it. smart movement. the rice texture was great as well as the taste. that was delicious. perfect timing, most and delicate. (as usual I ordered dark meat, but they said I couldn't adapt, but they gave me dark meat. yes!) the fried garnelenball was also quite good. they use sweet and spicy sauce instead of the authentic, which has garnel paste, chili and muddle pieces. Oh, good.
Oyster pancake is good, hai nan chicken is bit dry (green onion ginger sauce was good tho), signature chicken soup taste on the lighter side.
A treasure in South Bay for anyone who like Teochew snacks. It’s difficult to find Teochew style porridge here (unless you go to Porridge and Things which is a lot farther away). Wish this restaurant could last long.
