Plus we ordered ginger tea and the menu didn't specify that it was sweetened. It was really too sweet. After sampling a wide range of di... read more We stumbled upon Variable Cafe during our recent vacation and were immediately drawn to their menu for its incredible variety. After sampling a wide range of dishes, it quickly became one of our favorite spots of the trip. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it’s clear that a lot of thought, care, and heart go into each creation. Even their latte and coffee drinks impressed us — and as self-proclaimed coffee snobs, that’s saying something! You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the must-try standouts are the Drunk Cauliflower, Kurt Brussels, and Indian Tikka Masala. We’re already looking for an excuse to come back — this place is a gem. The tofu sauce was bursting with flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Greek lemon rice that came with it. Everything was delightful. I can't wait to return and try their sandwiches!
