Was Angelica Oung at Sumptuous a mag?
It's not everyday you come across Nigerian cuisine in a food court. I decided to give the egusi soup a shot since I had just tried it for the first time yesterday and was unsure of my feelings about it. Unfortunately, this egusi soup was a letdown—very bland yet salty. However, the spiced goat with fufu was fantastic and truly saved the meal. The tropical rhythm fruit punch was a delightful addition. Food: 4 Service:... View all feedback.

What salma Iddrissu dislikes about Sumptuous:
The food was incredibly bland and disappointing. I ordered the egusi with chicken and pounded yams, and having tried Nigerian and Ghanaian cuisine many times, I can confidently say this lacked any flavor. The egusi was poorly blended into the soup, making the overall experience quite unappetizing. Respectfully. Service: Delivery Food: 2 View all feedback.

I was thrilled to find out that they are now closer to me! My favorite dish is the fufu combo with spinach and chicken stew, and I always order a side of plantains. I love dipping my plantains into the spinach and my fufu into the chicken stew.
