I appreciate this bakery but the cupcakes were so heavy. I don't know what flour they use but it should not be that heavy. I have had many gluten free cakes but none this heavy. They should rethink their recipe or the flour to make it lighter, add some pudding or something. They could probably make 2-3 cupcakes out of that one.
