The experience was quite unimpressive: meals are served on styrofoam plates with plastic forks, and the Pepsi comes straight from a can. The staff seemed more focused on eating and shouting at one another than attending to customers. Additionally, the lettuce in my salad was brown, and the tables were not cleaned. On the bright side, the food was good.

I've sampled their sushi and several Chinese dishes, and I'm currently hooked on their teppanyaki. I highly recommend this place!

However, it was completely unacceptable that the delivery driver insisted we tip him in cash before handing over our order, especially since we had already included a tip online with our credit card. To make matters worse, the food we received was not what we had ordered. This was by far the worst delivery experience we've ever had – definitely blacklisted!

We ordered two chicken hibachi dishes, but the chicken was flavorless and very dry. It’s unclear why the takeout preparation differs so much, but we won’t be ordering from the Dragon Chef menu for takeout again.
