The sofritas consistently had steak mixed in with them, even though I specifically requested otherwise. The fajita veggies also contained cubes of steak, and the guacamole had strands of cheese in it. The employees at the restaurant did not handle my food properly, as chicken juices and beans spilled onto my burrito without changing gloves. I will no longer order burritos and will opt for a bowl with the tortilla on the side. I am hesitant to order through the app now, as I cannot trust that my preferences will be followed. Despite these issues, I still love Chipotle and hope that they can improve their food preparation processes so that the ingredients remain separate as requested.

There have been instances where there was steak in my sofritas, cubes of meat in the fajita veggies, and even cheese in the guacamole. The staff seems to sometimes mix the ingredients together, resulting in a messy and unsatisfying experience. Despite these issues, I still love the food at Chipotle and will continue to dine there. I just hope they can improve their food preparation process to avoid mixing meat and cheese with other items. It's a small request for a loyal customer like me who loves Chipotle.

The Sofritas were mixed with steak, despite me pointing it out to the staff. The Fajita Veggies had meat cubes in them, and there were too many cheeses in the guacamole. The burrito was poorly wrapped, with chicken juices and cheese spilling out. I can no longer order burritos and now opt for a bowl with tortillas on the side. I am hesitant to order through the app due to the mixing of meat and cheese in the pots. I may have to reconsider eating at Chipotle, even though I love it so much. Please, for my sake, keep the meat and cheese separate in the future.

Despite this, the staff maintained smiles on their faces and were incredibly patient and friendly. They graciously accommodated every unusual or rude request for online orders and ingredient adjustments behind the scenes. I don't believe in exhibiting poor customer behavior, but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the fantastic job you're doing. It requires a lot of patience to work with the public. Thank you! My meal was delicious.
