What a waste of money Biscuit tasted and felt like it was made a week ago. Even the gravy didn't help First time ordering hash browns DISGUSTING!! COLD GREASE CHUNKS!! Don't waste your time or money Back to Hardee's for me Oh and I can't forget the rudegirl doing drive thru As I pulled up her back was to me and she was hiking up her pants (not a view anyone wants to see) butextremely rude person Pretty much threw my food at me and slammed the window shut Avoid this place if possible but definitely donot order the hash browns
At drive thru I asked for 4 ranch cups. Didn?t receive any of them so I went in to let them know that they forgot them and I wanted them. I believe it may have been the shift manager because he was in a different shirt than the rest told me that he putthem in the bag so I rechecked and didn?t find them. So I brought the whole bag in and said they weren?t there and he proceededto call me a liar and argue with me about ranch. Then other crew members started laughing making fun of the situation. The onlynice one was the sweet girl who was working drive through who gave me the ranch. Possible manager could have just given me theranch without calling me a liar and went about his day but instead argued with me over ranch which is very unprofessional.
This morning, I chose to wait in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, but unfortunately, the food I received was disappointing. The gravy, eggs, and grits were cold, my bacon was supposed to be well done but came out barely cooked, and what was labeled as Strawberry pie turned out to be Apple instead. I had stopped ordering the hash rounds because they often arrive undercooked and greasy, to the point where the oil seeps through the bag during my short three-minute drive home. It’s clear that the attention to order accuracy at the West Point location has declined significantly. While I understand I’m just one customer and my frequent visits (4-5 times a week) may go unnoticed, I’m considering taking my business elsewhere. I hope they can make improvements in the future so I can return to supporting my local Jack's.
The service was quite disappointing; however, they made up for it by delivering our correct orders and providing complimentary extra sauces and popcorn salt. Overall, it was an acceptable experience, and I might think about eating here again, but the unbelievably high calorie counts are a concern—not to mention the sodium levels!
I asked my daughter to step back a bit more, and then a woman reappeared, standing at the corner of the building with her hands on her hips and shaking her head. Frustrated, she threw her hands up and went back inside. We were left thinking, “What on earth is going on?” It was obvious we weren’t welcome, so we decided to leave. My advice? Avoid this place if they’re closed! You might encounter someone like her!
