This is the best paella you can try in a restaurant, and as a local were paella is originally from, you are gonna have to believe me on this. Forget about the weird mix made in the oven you tried in SF or the liquidish overcooked rice they serve in the best of NY . This is real paella. period. Don 't stop yourself and try also the 'fideua ', 'arroz en bogavant ' or a personal favourite 'all I pebre ' in the picture . Starters are also delicious, I would recommend the 'tellinas ' small clams or the squid. The desserts are mostly homemade and even if you are full I 'd recommend trying the coffee or almond puddings 'flan ' . This place is mostly visited by locals, so it is perfect if you want a sense of authentic food away from tourist traps. One small detail, parking is not located next to the restaurant but one street farther, there is a signal but it 's possible to miss it. Another note, this place only opens for lunch... when the paella is meant to be eaten.

It is the favorite place in the zone of a Great Friend, and I understand him. All its gastronomy is typical and with a lot of art and dedication. All great, endearing place with great memories. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Arroz Negro Con Carabineros
