At least on a weekday night in December, Picaro was very quiet and it was easy to get a table. The samplers of local food were delicious,, and the single waitperson was very patient with our lack of Spanish language skills. We had a great time here watching the match and chatting with other visitors doing the same. A very memorable evening.

Other tables who came in after us were served promptly. No eye contact, no acknowledgment. Not good.
