Super friendly and fas... read more This is one of my favorite restaurants in Cuenca. They serve fresh squeezed orange juice that made my trip! Love the lamb tripes as well. Super friendly and fast service. Reasonable price. The server speaks English and they also have English menu.

On our la... read more Really great place to have lunch or dinner. We ate here 3 days and had their 13.90 menu with pasta starter and beef/pork seconds. Both were very good. On our last day we had the Angus beef burgers OMG was it good and cooked perfectly medium. Atmosphere and people watching is good here. You hear so many different languages. Truly touristic but really well done. Hope to return

The worst meal I've had in Europe and I don't say that lightly. Steak was cold, potatoes that came with it were cold, pasta was mushy almost out of a can. I'm sure everything was sitting and simply nuked. Save your hard earned money and eat somewhere else. This is the definition of a tourist trap. I hope there were better places to eat in Cuenca. We made a bad decision thinking only these few restaurants existed in the old town.

Taking seating outside in the grand Plaza afforded a lovely location at the heart of the Old Town. Appetising goodies including tortilla sandwich arrived without delay, with coffee and cappuccino. It’s a fine stop-off and we renewed sightseeing well satisfied.

Highly recommended when you are in Plaza Mayor of Cuenca. Don’t forget to reserve a table as it gets really busy during meal time.

Your sympathy has made... read more We have chosen this place for its proximity to the cathedral. the terrace is very clean and the waiter has been super attentive and fast. Your sympathy has made us happy the day. The croquettes have not seemed to us anything from the other world but the pisto was spectacular. prices have been inside what is expected taking into account the location. If we return to the basin this site will be another safe place to visit.
