What User doesn't like about El Hidalguense:
I ordered the barbacoa tacos and consomme and was so disappointed despite this recognition on the Internet. especially the consommé that was thin and tasteless for me. Compared to the Barbacoa and consomme I had eaten at home in Sacramento View all feedback. What User likes about El Hidalguense:
This was on my list of "must visit" places after seeing it on Andrew Zimmern's delicious destinations! It lived up to every expectation. 1 kg of Barbacoa is perfect for four people and we opted for "Sortido", A sampling of all the cuts.
