We did not make a reservation and when we arrived, they had 7 nice empty tables, but all were “maintained” so that we ended with two unwanted options, of which... read more We did not make a reservation and when we arrived, they had 7 nice empty tables, but all were “maintained” so that we ended with two unwanted options, of which we took one. when we left over an hour later only 2 of the 7 tables, we were taken what was a shame for us, as we would have enjoyed the meal more if the table placement had been better managed. avoid the table above the stairs well (bathroom and kitchen) and the seats at the end of the bar. I ordered 6 oysters, escargots and economical with a glass champagne and my man ordered suppe a l’oignon and steak au poivre with a glass cabernet. the food was very good, especially the steak and the suppe, but the costs were steep around $150 for two. And of course we did not feel as special as we would have because of the table situation. bon appetit.

The restaurant has a wonderful aesthetic and great service. We started with the oysters which were delicious. We then followed up with the beef tartare, and the hamburger which were both the best we’ve had, hands down. The only critique I’d share would be about the cocktails. They are very expensive. But that aside highly recommend and have have added this to our new list of favorites in the city. We will definitely be back.
