As I understand it, a restaurant is within a college or university where the students under the guidance of a master chef do the cooking. Food was good as well as service. Some genuine plates. The restaurant is in the center of Mexico city. A bit of traffic to get in and out. But once inside, the restaurant and area has a colonial feel to it. Relaxed feeling. Worth a visit. It also has a nice terrace. Price reasonable.

The staff were so nice, and the food was inventive but authentic at the same time. I would 100% go back here again.
