The waitstaff were incredibly rude and had a poor attitude. I mentioned that I couldn't have certain items due to my diabetes, and they assured me it was okay to substitute with something else. However, when I went to pay, they charged me extra as if it were a side dish, which I hadn’t been informed about beforehand. When I inquired about the charge, I was met with indifference and told that they didn’t care, and even suggested I write a review if it was such a big deal. This is not a good look for a restaurant in a small community to mock someone with a medical condition.
**Dining Experience** **Meal Type:** Dinner **Average Price per Person:** A$60–80 I recently had dinner at this restaurant and wanted to share my experience. The ambiance was inviting, making it a perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and I found the prices to be reasonable given the quality of the food. Overall, I would say my meal cost around A$60–80 per person, which felt justified by the exceptional service and the fresh, flavorful dishes. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable dinner outing!
Very rude French guy waiter! We were ordering food and since we are unsure what we were ordering, he was making face and said that “ you should’ve checked the menu before ordering, if you are unhappy, you can leave now!” Like wow! This guy is the worst! No customer service skills and so unprofessional! Meal type: Lunch
We had escargots, gnocchis and beef cheeks. Hands down one of the best french restaurants in Sydney, well worth the visit. Food is simple and yet elegant, a true hidden gem. We really enjoyed. Thank you!
