The wait time was a bit long, but the restaurant was very clean, the music was great, and our waitress was attentive, although I didn't catch her name. We began with potato skins, and for our main courses, we ordered the Caesar's Chicken and the Vegas Steak special, which was supposed to come with baked potatoes, rice, broccoli, and cheese. Can’t get through on the phone to order food, they don’t have a message service to answer and let you know they aren’t taking orders and just let the phone ring until a message cones on saying their answering service or message service isn’t working. The food was absolutely amazing! My family ordered takeout for dinner tonight, and everything was fantastic. The cowboy steak was incredibly tender and delicious! The chicken parmesan was flavorful and so good! The burger with jalapeños was also really tasty. We will definitely be coming back. The staff was very friendly as well!
The food and service here are excellent. However, I’m not a fan of having dogs in the restaurant.
We held our ladies' lunch here, and they were very accommodating by adding a few extra tables for us. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend Vegas Steakhouse Lounge.
I waited 10 minutes for menus, even though the restaurant was fully staffed and not busy at all. I ordered fish and chips, but what I received were basically fish sticks, likely from Gordon Food Service. They tasted terrible. The last time we dined here, the meal was excellent, but this experience was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money at this place. When I shared my concerns with a woman who appeared to be the manager as we were paying the bill, she seemed completely uninterested.
The food we had was delicious, and our server, Caris, was outstanding! It was the best service we've experienced at a restaurant in quite a while.
