Mcdonald's - Crossville

I tried to use a rewards number at this store. The guy at the window took my rewards number but when we got to the pay window they wanted to charge us full price. The girl at the window checked with the manager and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

When going to McDonald 's, you should never expect a gourmet meal. But considering 1 meal, there is now the same price equivalent of a 6oz ribeye steak meal from Texas roadhouse. You would think they could at least make your food right the 1st time.As per usual, a simple sandwich with just 1 alteration resulted into gas , time wasted in the drive thru, making it halfway home, having to turn around ,come back, and making a trip inside.The bagel I was given was as hard as a hockey puck and equally as dangerous. The minor alteration which was sub round egg instead of a folded, was grossly ignored. The wait inside to even be acknowledged was triggering my inner Karen . Nothing worse than sitting 8 minutes in a drive-thru, to get halfway home to have to turn around and be ignored by staff and management alike. Luckily for them I have learned how to tune my inner Karen out.I know people make mistakes, but to blatantly have a sticker which notes my 1 alteration, to then serve the customer the absolute opposite on something so old and hard it can break teeth ... Is absolutely ridiculous. Is it too much to ask for our food to be made right the 1st time?Anywho... after 2 trips to McDonald 's,8 minutes in the drive thru and 13 minutes inside, 21 minutes in total, I FINALLY received my sandwich made correctly. Worst McDonald's ever! We only ordered a few items.... cheeseburger, hamburger, chicken nuggets and drinks. They made us, along with the 3 cars in front of us park and wait for our food. While waiting my son went inside to get a shake. He said there were 5 people standing in the back just talking and laughing. The guy at counter ignored my son at first. Took about 5 minutes to get his shake.We waited 25 minutes in our car for our food. I finally walked to the pay window and told them I want my money back. I will remember this place and never return!

Traveling to Hopkinsville ky from Greenville SC kids ranging from 1 to 14 were hungry so we stopped the 9 year old is allergic to tomato so I ordered her two double cheese burgers dressed as big macs first one had Mac sauce but I could still see ketchup on it the second one was only ketchup sent them back the the first one they added Mac sauce and lettuce but I could still see ketchup the second one they added lettuce then ketchup. Took one of those back and gave her nuggets and kept the other burger. As we were leaving my children started screaming because they could see the manager standing there flipping us off when we went back to confront them they claimed not to have even come to the door even though we saw him at the door this was 10pm Sunday February 25, 2024 and I will be calling corporate in the morning
