Not Your Average Joe's - Crossing

Food here was decent enough for an airport meal. A good little place to stop in and have a bite while you wait on a flight. ?‍?‍

The pizza was delicious! I recommend that you eat if you have time to wait, we had plenty of time until boarding our flight and we relaxed with some beers and pizza!

I really like this chain. The food is consistently good and the waitstaff is always friendly and welcoming.

I was actually served. Granted it took 20 mins but it was ok after that. Approx 40 people at the bar, one bartender. Bar closed at 6pm on a Saturday? Sad state of affairs at NYAJ Logan. Three people sat at bar after me got turned away because “the bar closes at 6”

The service at the bar was beyond poor. Older woman with glasses and tattoos on her arms gave subpar service. She did not mention that they were out of the side of veggies that went with my salmon until after I received the dish. She did not offer another side stating that they gave me “extra fries.” When asked about gluten-free options she was not helpful. She took her time closing out my check. She did not say goodbye or thank you when I left. I would not want her to give me service again.
