One of my favorite caffe Nero locations in the city. It’s got two spacious seating areas and a surprising amount of outlets. There’s one bathroom in the cafe itself but also plenty within the shopping center. Really nice floor to ceiling windows and general ambiance. The food and coffee is just like any other Caffe Nero, so it’s good quality. My go to is the chai tea latte and a cookie butter croissant View all feedback.
What Alex Hernandez doesn't like about Caffè Nero:
Terrible customer service. I was there between 5-6pm today December 2nd 2023. There’s a guy working there with an attitude equivalent to his hairline, atrocious. He wears a mask and speaks very low and gives attitude when you ask him to repeat himself. He was very rude to my mother and messed up her order essentially leaving out the cake she ordered. He wears a mask and speaks very low and gives attitude when you ask him to repeat himself. He was very rude to my mother and messed up her order essentially leaving out the cake she ordered. He acknowledged the fact that he was being rude and tried to make up for it by bringing the cake after the disrespect, which at that point my mom didn’t even want. The coffee’s great but I wouldn’t bother going back there’s a Starbucks on the other side of the mall.
Mice... I was sitting at the Cafe Nero and a mouse literally crawled out of the plants a foot from me. I immediately left and will not be returning. Nice place, but evidently not super clean...
Just dropped by Caffè Nero recently and I've got some thoughts to share. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but there's a bit of room for improvement.First up, the vegan elderberry cake – total winner! It was delicious, like seriously good. The cake was moist and the elderberry flavor was just right – not too overpowering but definitely there. It's great to find a place that does vegan options right, and this cake hit the spot. The cappuccino was another highlight. It was well-made, with the right amount of foam and the perfect temperature. As someone who's pretty particular about their coffee, I was impressed. It's the kind of cappuccino that makes your day a little better. However, there's a bit about the staff that I think could be improved. Don't get me wrong, they weren't rude or anything, but they weren't exactly super welcoming either. I think a friendly greeting and a bit more warmth would make a big difference. It's nice to feel welcomed when you go to a cafe, especially if it's a place you're thinking of visiting regularly. The cafe itself has a cool vibe. It's cozy and a great spot to chill out with friends or even just to hang out by yourself with a good book. The whole atmosphere is pretty relaxed, which I like. So, I'm giving Caffè Nero a solid 4 stars. The cake and coffee are definitely worth coming back for. If the staff were a bit more welcoming, I'd easily bump it up to 5 stars. It's amazing how much of a difference that can make to the whole experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
I went to Caffe Nero from the airport, as I didn't want to wait for three hours for my train at Back Bay Station. The lyft driver couldn't figure out where it was (can't blame him! , it turns out this location is in a super high end mall. I saw signs for the caffe on the third floor, so I hiked my luggage up to there only to discover that it was a private coffee shop for Wayfair employees... I was directed back to the main floor to an opposite side of the mall. Good luck!If you do find Nero, like I did against all odds, it's quite nice inside with lots of seating and outlets by nearly every seat. Unfortunately the wifi is pretty much the slowest I've encountered. I didn't get much work done. The cinnamon kouign amann didn't taste bad, but was really more of a cinnamon bun. I wouldn't recommend the ham and cheese croissant, it's comparable to what you'd find at an airport. The iced matcha latte just tasted like milk with a hint of matcha. I wouldn't recommend this location (it's a chain , but I will say the service was great no complaints there.
