Contribute Feedback What Anne Marsh likes about Au Bon Pain:
Place is almost hidden no sign other than the one over the door so it's hard to see where the place is (between an Irish pub and some other business) but once in we were happy we had finally found it. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant that turned out to be SOOOOOO GOOD. My partner in crime got a Peanut Butter Cup cookie that was equally delicious. This location closed a while back please update accordingly. Was good but COVID took a toll on traffic I think.
This location no longer exists. If it does we sure couldn't find it.
Without exception all the staff I interacted with were incredibly rude. Avoid this place. They don't seem to want any business.
I've loved Au Bon Pain for many years but today an encounter with the assistant manager if I read her name badge correctly she was posted at the sandwich area) really bothered me. She had questioned if I had paid for my bagel with cream cheese as I was walking out the store. If she only knew how uncomfortable and embarrassing that is especially when there's other customers in store. Yes I paid for my food as I always pay for my food first before I pick up the sandwich so that I can be efficient with my time. The store at the time had a few customer so it was really embarrassing to be approached and questioned. I have never seen her do that to anybody else. I'm sorry to the Store Manager for leaving this 1 star review as she is amazing and always in a good mood with a smile on her face. In the other hand the 99% of the rest of the team seems to have an attitude or in a bad mood every other morning I go in.
Affordable for the area.Coffee was good and fresh tasting. The muffin I got was good too.
