When I eventually got through, the sam... read more Called to place an order for collection tonight. The guy answering the phone put me on hold twice and then hung up on me. When I eventually got through, the same guy taking my order was extremely ignorant to me and when I asked him why he was being so rude, he told me i could forget about my order and hung up. I have NEVER experienced such horrendous customer service. I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on.
