You have to prepay inside for a certain amount, which means going inside, prepaying, then fueling up, and finally returning inside for a receipt. I tried using the regular front pumps since it was raining and I didn’t want to walk around to prepay. I also needed a full tank, which means I wanted to use my card to fill up. However, the pump never gave me a receipt. When I went inside, the front door was locked with a sign directing customers to use the back door, which was very inconvenient, especially with the rain and strong wind. Also, the bathrooms don’t have napkins or paper towels to dry your hands. Overall, this is not a great experience for a Mapco location!

If you ask for a sandwich at Subway, be prepared for eye rolls, sloppy service, or outright complaints—they make it clear that you’re an inconvenience to them.
