What Andrea E doesn't like about Portofino Italian Bistro (portofino Brasserie Italienne):
Rude greeting, terrible customer service! We walked in at 4pm to book a table for 7.30pm and were told they don 't take reservations, to just turn up later..we did exactly that to be greeted by a very rude young lady, saying did we have a 'reservation ' to which we replied with above statement, and she said 'tough ' we are fully booked and you need to reserve, come back another night...Foxtrot Oscar was our reply..AV... This is the 2nd location of this great restaurant. This location offers a more intimate and classy dining atmosphere. The menu is basically the same. The service is quick when you arrive if you have a reservation. Food service is good with food served hot. The service features a lit globe dice you tab on for table service. View all feedback.
