Yesterday around 4 o'clock, I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, though I wish I had caught the name of the staff member who helped us. "The drive-thru experience was terrible! It was impossible to hear the person taking the order due to the loud children in the background. The manager was outside without shoes, chatting with a group of people. When I ordered the fish combination, they seemed disorganized. We had no issue waiting for the fish, but they almost forgot our order. After asking them to wait, they struggled to remember our car and had to go back inside. Overall, it was just a chaotic experience!".
