The coffee was terrible and there was no ambiance. It's a pity because it's likely lovely in the summertime. They could improve by serving higher quality coffee or hiring a skilled barista.
The diverse selection of furniture creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The coffee is excellent as well.
Great menu choices for the kids. Very helpful staff. A good all ‘round experience. PS: Because you kinda enter ‘round the back’ didn’t realise until departure that there’s been a name change to this place. . . It’s no longer ‘The Moorings’ any more, it’s got some ‘branding’ outside that says Canalside Bar and Restaurant but it may well be called Crick Wharf these days who knew?
It's an amazing mediterranean menu which is very affordable. The food is always good and the service attentive and what you expect from a well run gastronomic eaterie. A must try for all.
We were just coming home from a weekend away and just came on the moorings pub so had lunch there we loved it the staff was great there was a mix up on are food orders. I'm not sure if we or they made the mix up but they made it right we just want to thank them all ps we will go again
