Well can only give a star for the drinks I'm afraid.we went on Sunday .I was hoping for a roast.however the chicken was two dried over cooked chunks swimming in... read more Well can only give a star for the drinks I'm afraid.we went on Sunday .I was hoping for a roast.however the chicken was two dried over cooked chunks swimming in gravy .aunt best roast over cooked so couldn't get a knife through them.veg was fresh but tasteless.2nd meal was even worse salmon flaked over plate mixed in green salad with out asparagus as ran out and 4 half over cooked toast aunt best potatoes. No new potatoes left.never thought to put roast potatoes on a salad .staff were young school age girls not knowing how to deal with it all and well the Portuguese lady in charge has no idea how to apologise when we asked for some money off the bill as really very disappointed with our meal out.she refused to see that there was any thing wrong .would never go and waste our money again.good job sainsbury's was up the road as we would need to eat later as one of us just couldnt stomach the meal .we came two weeks earlier for drinks to check me but never stopped as bar man said no beer on just larger.two other times we called it had closed early.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME FOLKS. They just haven't got a clue#cluelesswaitressservice

The menu choices were wide and interesting with, meat, fish and veggie options, plus good wines and beers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
