I stopped by while driving through Florida. The burgers were good, but my total order came to over $30. Unfortunately, there were no napkins included in the bag, and I wasn't offered any ketchup. I won't be stopping there on my way back.

They got rid of the chop house burger. My favorite burger of all time. It was the best burger of all places that make burgers. I still am not over it, I go now and the other stuff is ok but that chop house I will forever be upset over the loss

I waited 40 minutes at a curbside spot for two drinks. I tried calling inside, but there was no answer, so I ended up going through the drive-thru instead. Instead of one of the medium drinks I ordered, they gave me a kiddie cup, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I watched as they brought someone else their food in a curbside spot after I had been waiting. I also saw a huge cockroach crawl across the drive-thru area, and I could see about 50 employees coming and going. The service was terrible. When I mentioned how long I had been waiting, they didn't even offer an apology.
