I understand that there's a staffing shortage and I appreciate that the restaurant is open. They were upfront with me about being out of lettuce, which wasn't a major issue. However, I was confused by the conflicting signs when I arrived; they advertise their commitment to COVID prevention but then don’t allow customers to dine in. On the positive side, my meal was hot and delicious, and even the unsweetened iced tea exceeded my expectations. I had really wanted to eat inside, though.
Didn't eat here drive thru only. Was nice to let me know before walk over that are drive thru. So looking for food only sure but needing a stop to eat food and bathroom break. DON'T. Waffle House can get food and eat in
The bread was so stale that I had to take it off my hamburger and eat the burger without it. My French fries were cold, even though I had asked for them to be hot. Additionally, the menu listed the price as $9.49, but I was charged $10.49. When I asked about it, the woman said it was due to tax, but the receipt showed a price increase that didn’t match the menu.
The service on weekends is quick and outstanding! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the General Manager is amazing! The food was served hot and fresh. I am extremely satisfied with this location.
I consistently dine here, and the food is always fantastic. However, I can't help but mention that I was really surprised by the milkshake I received. It was mostly whipped cream, with only half a cup of actual milkshake inside, and the lid was completely empty. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering milkshakes from this place again. That was quite disappointing.
