I worked at arbys for years. I?ve even worked at this location before. I left for a reason. But my husband went here today. Rude lady at the speaker kept saying... read more I worked at arbys for years. I?ve even worked at this location before. I left for a reason. But my husband went here today. Rude lady at the speaker kept saying ?that it, you done yet? When he said one second I have one more thing to order and if he couldlook at the menu but she didn?t have the patience for that clearly. He got to the window she told him to pull forward andslammed the window shut without even asking for sauces or anything. So now he?s pulled forward and has to ask the lady who ranout the food out for the sauces and make her run back in and back out to waste her time. It would all have been less of a hassleif they did their job at the window.

The place is always clean with GREAT service. Great job to management and crew. Never disappoints!

I ordered a crispy fried chicken sandwich that was indeed very crispy, topped with salad, tomatoes, cheese, and other fixings—it was delicious. My mother-in-law had a sandwich and a side of French fries. The staff were friendly, and I noticed some of them joking around with an older customer who seemed to be a regular since they knew his name. It was heartwarming to see such a family-like atmosphere. The restaurant also maintained a high standard of cleanliness and had attentive staff.

Unfortunately, I can't go there often due to my work hours, and the location is a bit inconvenient for my daily routine. I had their classic roast beef sandwich, while my companion ordered the fish sandwich. We both decided to try the French Dip Sub as well. I was disappointed to find out that the Italian sub has been removed from the menu. We managed to enjoy our meal before the kids got home and finished them off!
