I don't know who their bartender was that night, but that was the WORST gin tonic I've ever had in my life!!! Ambiance was tolerable. Not a wide variety of music.

We were seated quickly, drinks were served promptly, and our appetizer arrived in a timely manner, which was the only positive. However, the food was undercooked. I ordered three four-cheese dishes with chicken and waited about 10 minutes, which I thought was reasonable since we were the first customers of the day. When the main course arrived, it was lukewarm and lacked any cheese. It took the server another 10 minutes to check on us. It's unacceptable for food to be served like this, especially when the server should be inspecting it before bringing it to the table. If things continue this way, this restaurant won't last long. It doesn't matter that they may be in training; service like this is not acceptable.
