What April O doesn't like about Lotus Thai Sushi:
The eel sauce was runny when it should have been thick, although it tasted decent. As for the spicy mayo, it was so thick that it wouldn't even cling to the roll when I tried to dip it. I'm not sure what happened here, but it was really disappointing. I've had food from this place before and enjoyed the Pad Thai, but I certainly didn't expect the sushi to be so underwhelming. I visited this restaurant during my lunch break today after several coworkers recommended it to me. Since I'm new to Thai cuisine, I wasn't quite sure what to order. I had a few questions about the menu, but the staff member who assisted me was very friendly and patiently went over my options. I ended up ordering chicken with the spicy fried egg noodles, and it was fantastic. They allow you to choose your spice level... View all feedback.
