Jugemu - Cresskill

Edit Not sure if there was a change in management but the quality of sushi was outstanding the last visit. Kitchen foods were okay. Had fish bones in 2 of salmon sushi from omakase. Tuna (akami) smelled fishy out of date. Had high expectation since its operated by Japanese, but NOT worth it at all for this high price range.

Is a really nice place with the best Sushi around! The service and the food is always good! We're lucky to have it here in Cresskill

We recently made our second visit to this great place, and were not disappointed. Having been a sushi afishonado for more than 40 years, I was able to engage the sushi chefs in the conversational sushi-bar Japanese I have learned over the years, which always makes a visit more pleasant, and these guys were great, as well as the fish. Excellent selection, beautifully prepared, and lots of laughter, as well as a great meal. Pricy, of course, but that 's what omakase is, and well worth it. We shall be back!

Our favorite Japanese restaurant in the area. Very high quality and a good selection for both adults and kids. It’s also very family friendly with exquisite service.

I have experienced more than 300 sushi restaurants in my life. Jugemu is the best sushi restaurant I have been to. Fantastic service and amazing taste and quality. Highly recommended
