Frog Peak Cafe - Crescent Valley

This Is a place you want to make sure you eat at. Had breakfast there and it was absolutely delicious. Great variety of hot cold beverages and you can sit inside or outside. Smoothies are fantastic as well.

We stopped here after our bike ride on the Slocan Rail Trail. So glad we did. They make their own paninis and they are to die for. I had the Frog Peak and hubby the BLT. We both said this was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Hats off to the staff! They made us feel very welcome!

Always a great place for coffee or lunch. The garden is nice in the summer and it’s a good destination for a bike ride. The menu choices are always good, from the all day breakfast to the wraps.

My partner and I had been to frog Peak once for lunch, he got the Reuben, I got the Veghead. The pesto on the veghead was perfect on the rosemary focaccia panini, I dream about it, I wish I could eat it everyday. We were able to make it breakfast this morning and my partner had the lox benny, and he said it was the best he’d ever had. I had the breakfast sandwhich as I was craving their bread. The garlic mayo was delicious, but I was missing the pesto and wished for some acid to balance the cheese/mayo/eggs. All in all this is a new favourite of ours and we look forward to the next time we get to enjoy a meal at Frog Peak ! :

I ordered the Belgian Waffle which, according to the menu, “comes with real maple syrup and a side of blueberry compote.” Unfortunately, the syrup was corn syrup and the “compote” was squishy blueberries. I’m very disappointed that this meal cost $15.50, especially since its description makes it sounds much better than it is. Also, we had called 5 times (over a half-hour period) to order take-out and they never answered the phone.
