Marlo's - Crescent City

To start, the service is outstanding. Lisa is kind, friendly, and incredibly efficient, just like all the waitstaff! The food, whether it's Greek or Italian, is fantastic, particularly the Gyro and the Lemon Chicken Orzo soup, which I make sure to order every time I go. However, the highlight is Marlos' lunch buffet, which is undoubtedly the best value in the city! For just $13, you can enjoy a rotating selection from their daily menu offerings during the week and get the most bang for your buck!

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant, definitely the best spot in town! The atmosphere is lively, and you absolutely have to try the PB-Bacon Burger—it's absolutely delicious! The chef, Josh, came out to chat with us, and even the owners took the time to come over. What a fantastic experience!

The food is consistently incredible, and the service is top-notch—definitely the best in the city. The lunch buffet is my favorite, but honestly, there isn't a single dish here that I don't love. As a local customer, I've become a loyal fan for life!

Had reservations for a large group numbered on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. The table was beautifully placed. The servers were very friendly and helpful. The entire experience of the group was the expectations. Everyone enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the servers. The dinners were fresh, the vegetables were NOT cooked over, which is always worth mentioning, the portions were plentiful and the desserts above the top, especially the Tiramasu. Your Decaf coffee surprised us all. It was served hot in cups and tasted like the REAL thing. There are some other places in the city where the congratulations are automatically added to every check when we use large groups and we were all pleasantly surprised that not a custom at Marlo's. Last but not least, the prices were so different that everyone in the group found something on the menu he could afford. Many of us were seniors. I think what was most was the wonderful setting of the servers and their willingness to ensure that our entire group (as big as it was) had a good time and a pleasant meal.

A gem in Crescent City. My husband and I went for lunch and were very happy with our meal. Gyro sandwich for me and the Friday special for him, chicken BLT with a cup of the lemon chicken soup. It was all very good, well prepared and served hot. Excellent customer service, prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back!
