Unfortunately I didn't get the waiters name but he is definitely a credit to this restaurant.

Unfortunately, the first day we tried the burger and it wa... read more We have been staying at the hotel for four days now. This is our second day eating at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the first day we tried the burger and it was extremely dry with no flavor. On the second day, we ordered the ribeye steak, but it came out very dry and was missing the sauce and butter that was listed on the menu. The food could potentially be good if it was not so overcooked.

I had the £23.99 meal deal (2 course evening meal, drink and breakfast) and paid for it in advance whilst booking my Premier Inn stay. Both Dinner and Breakfast were very enjoyable and the Sirloin Steak was cooked exactly as I like it.
