Unfortunately, she did not speak Englis... read more We recently went to Subway for a business lunch and spent almost £40. When we arrived, the server was not very friendly. Unfortunately, she did not speak English well and kept getting our orders mixed up. The only thing on display was salad, everything else was kept...away (such as meats, cheese, sauces, etc). There was very little options available. The server could not even tell us what ingredients were not available, so we had to keep asking and providing examples. When we inquired about the cookie deal, we were told to check the board.

The food was delicious as always and the establishment was very clean. There was always ample seating available. I highly recommend this Subway location.

I couldn’t really u... read more Sadly when I visited this store there was one member of staff on duty and no other customers present apart from a delivery company person. . I couldn’t really understand the server and sadly despite repeating my order twice to them for an Italian BMT...Meal deal but ended up being given a meatball marinara sub by itself I was not impressed as they said I asked for it ! I had to get to somewhere so sadly I couldn’t wait any longer and ended up having to take the one the server had made. Poor service from staff who seem to have very little understanding of English. It’s a shame as I like a good subway sub however I left feeling less than satisfied at this venue.

Delivered order missing two items and called the shop and the lady on the phone said what do you want us to do about that we said that we want are missing items... read more Delivered order missing two items and called the shop and the lady on the phone said what do you want us to do about that we said that we want are missing items delivered and waiting for some time, we called again and they hung...the phone up on us and when they eventually answered the phone and said their manager don 't answer phone calls and with them saying they will deliver the two items, we are now still waiting 3 hours later.. So I 'm guessing the order isn 't being delivered. Disgusting service.
