This is the best place to have fun with a variety of snacks and delicious desserts. However, last night we placed an order and I specifically ordered a doner burger meal tha... read more I have always frequented this restaurant with only a few minor issues. However, last night we placed an order and I specifically ordered a doner burger meal that was supposed to come with a choice of chips, curly fries, or wedges, and a drink. I chose curly fries. When the food arrived, there were no curly fries. I tried calling multiple times but was met with a constant answering machine. When I finally spoke to someone, they were rude and insinuated that I was lying, despite the fact that I had paid 5.99, which included the curly fries (I will attach a screenshot as proof). After about 10 minutes of arguing, the person said they would send out the fries, but they never arrived. I couldn't get through to them again. I will never patronize this dishonest and rude establishment again. It's time to find a new place to spend our money, as they do not deserve it.

But the food got here and no chips arrived. I got a phone call with abuse down the phone that I was lying and I was to come down there and prove to the. I am disgusted with their behaviour. And being a food standard representative. This is not being taken lightly. Picture below to prove that the kids meals come with what I have said.

Upon phoning we were told they didn't do half and half pizzas whilst pretty much everywhere else does. But much worse than that was the pizzas themselves bland and overly doughy, they tasted of chewy nothingness. How can a ham and pineapple pizza barely even taste of pineapple? I don't know, but whoever runs slicebox probably does...
