A call to the takeaway was not very helpful either. And when it did finally turn up half off the order was missing and it was stone cold as well as been squashed. Another call to the take away I was taken aback when I heard who I think to be the manager saying is it that C * again tell him I will just refund the chips. At which point I said that I will be bringing the whole lot back down to them now and they can give me a refund. I was about to leave when I was telephoned to advise there is no need to come down we will give you a full refund I am still waiting for the refund and have contacted my bank to try and get some help with this. When you spend on a take away meal I would of thought you would.of hot a much better experience than this.

I bring my friend to try their food , as I enjoy on my first time but unfortunately the owner are not there and the daughter cover him which she ruined the place. She over charge which I said only for person because everyone is full but she charge into double. This lady is not ready to run this business and better to stay at home. Just disappointed. miscommunication ruined everything. So bad

However, my recent experience ordering for dine-in was disappointing. Despite being told that my food would be ready in minutes, I ended up waiting for over an hour. When the order finally came out, it was missing items, cold, and crushed. When I called to address the issue, I was met with unhelpful customer service. The manager initially refused to provide a full refund, only offering to refund the cost of the chips. After insisting on a full refund, the manager eventually agreed. I had to wait for the refund and contact my bank to resolve the issue. Overall, I would recommend dining elsewhere for a better experience.

The man on the phone was really rude and did not mark my order as complete when I complained, so I couldn't get a refund. Don't waste your money on this disgusting place.
