had a fantastic waitress who was very friendly, made us feel very welcome. I thought it would be more business, so have more a Christmas atmosphere, but obviously limited to the people in these covid times View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Harvester Hawth Park :
really rather poor dry, overcooked chicken, tiny tasteless steak, miserable selection of salates. and, for the food this level, quite expensive. will not come back View all feedback.
The welcome was nice as we entered and the food and service was brilliant, a very enjoyable experience. The other Crawley Harvester could learn alot from this one. Definetly coming again.
The staff were great.Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere The salad bar is good , great to see new additions but it has become very very expensive.
The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. We were given the wrong drinks and were left waiting a long time for our first course while others around us arrived, ate, and left. Despite being offered £10 compensation, the staff remained slow and inattentive. We ended up spending nearly 3 hours in the restaurant. The food was also not as good as it typically is. We had planned to book a birthday party there next week, but we have decided to cancel and go somewhere else instead.
We were disappointed to find that there was hardly any salad available at the restaurant.
Had a good service, food was good and tasty, so great. Seating was by the window as I requested also. Staff were attentive enough and polite.
