Judging by the neighbourhood (Crawley) we weren’t holding our breaths for this one but my god we were delightfully surprised. Friendly staff, great vibe/atmosphere inside the cafe, deliciously moist freshly baked cakes and perfectly balanced coffees won us over. This place has always puzzled me as yet another example of a business with massive potential but a lack of experience in customer service. They do have amazing coffee, and some pastries are truly tasty and well-made. On the other hand, the baristas, waiters, etc., seem to be lost in their own world—chatting with each other, distracted, sometimes aloof. This coffee place consistently serves excellent coffee and has a friendly staff. It plays a vital role in enhancing Crawley's high street with its fantastic independent coffee and homemade food. Service is available for takeout. I visited for lunch, and the prices per person range from £1 to £10. I highly recommend the Cinnamon Bun!
