Judging by the neighbourhood (Crawley) we weren’t holding our breaths for this one but my god we were delightfully surprised. Friendly staff, great vibe/atmosphere inside the cafe, deliciously moist freshly baked cakes and perfectly balanced coffees won us over. This place has always puzzled me as yet another example of a business with massive potential but a lack of experience in customer service. They do have amazing coffee, and some pastries are truly tasty and well-made. On the other hand, the baristas, waiters, etc., seem to be lost in their own world—chatting with each other, distracted, sometimes aloof. Really nice tasting coffee, range of cakes, and just a lovely, chilled place.
This lovely café on the high street boasts a wonderful, laid-back atmosphere. Their homemade gluten-free chocolate brownies are exquisite! As someone with celiac disease, it's rare to find such delicious homemade gluten-free treats. They also offer a variety of equally scrumptious cakes that my companions thoroughly enjoyed. The café is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, but it's definitely worth the visit. Thank you so much!
