At this airport restaurant, the dining experience appears to be a mixed bag, with some guests praising the friendly, attentive staff and enjoyable food, while others express disappointment over exorbitant prices and inadequate service. Many customers note the dated decor and high price tags on standard menu items, leading to frustration, especially when food quality does not meet expectations. Though the atmosphere is relaxed and the location convenient for travelers, the overall sentiment suggests that while service may shine, the overpriced menu and inconsistent food experiences leave much to be desired. Prospective diners should consider their options carefully.

I stay at the courtyard a lot and have eaten here on a few occasions. Excellent staff but the one think I hate about a restaurant is lack of consistency. Sometimes its good, sometimes BAD. My last visit was bad. Always have the blue cheese rocket and pear salad. but every time it is a different size or missing one ingredient and at 7 pounds its not cheap. Had the advertised gold medal best burger in the UK ITS NOT. It was totally dry, lacked flavour and not worth the 16 pounds. Next time ill nip across the road to MacDonald 's. Its better and a lot cheaper.

We have eater here a few times. This time it was on our return after a long 12 hour day flight. Staff were really friendly and it was easy to modify our menu choices. Food was super as was the wine. Try the specials we always do. Service time is fairly quick and they serve until late.

This restaurant is a great stop for an overnight meal. Like many restaurants in the London area, it is a bit expensive. Oh well!

This airport hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. It was not as expensive as I expected, and the food was decent.
