We booked the Traddock for dinner with one of our wine suppliers and his wife and were not disappointed. We had a lovely evening and the food was 10 out of 10. I can particularly recommend the halibut. The atmosphere at the Traddock is refined, but really relaxed and friendly. Need to eat here a little more often.
Beautiful Sunday lunch, the roast potatoes were better than home made. Perfect beef as well. Would highly recommend for this and the tasting menu we had a few months ago.
This hotel is a gem!! Set in outstanding countryside, with a super garden, the experience is of care, gentility and pure Englishness. Foreign visitors will love it. Evening drinks on the terrace, sparrows nesting, warm welcome, good food and service , what more could you want?. The whole area is beautiful . Can't wait to go back.x
I went to this restaurant for an anniversary dinner. The atmosphere and the food were fantastic, easily rivaling or even surpassing many high-end restaurants in London. I would highly recommend it for a special occasion meal.
I recently stayed at the Traddock hotel for their gourmet break offer and I must say, it was an incredible find. The food was outstanding and the rooms were fantastic. We stayed in a spacious and immaculately clean top floor suite with a modern bathroom. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the meal was well-paced. I enjoyed the crab and venison, while my wife loved the crab and monkfish. The wine selection was good and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was plentiful with a variety of fruits and hot dishes made to order. Overall, a wonderful hotel in a stunning location. We will definitely be returning.
