. Made a phone order, arrived at prearranged time with money ready and just to collect order which was ready. Only to be refused by one of many staff to be told that only one person could accept my money and handle my order. That person was on the phone taking a large order adding up to £88, taking 10 minutes, meanwhile made to stand waiting and the food was getting cold. When I got home a short distance away only to find the food is too cold to eat and had to be binned.
Best place for fish and chips. In the midst of a cost of living crisis the portions are huge and would feed 2 people. The fish is massive and twice the size of my nearest chippy. Always pleasant staff, great service, great value and always drive past everywhere else if it’s fish supper time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
