Sent... read more Ordered 2 fry’s, came out with black burnt toast which was turned on other side so you couldn’t see it, tomatoes and mushrooms burnt tasted like charcoal. Sent back and got more burnt tomatoes and mushrooms. Also ordered onions rings never came but was on the bill.

The stench became nauseating and as we lef... read more During eating the meal, a strong smell of unclean toilets (human waste) continued to come across the room in the air. The stench became nauseating and as we left, a number of us felt physically sick. I complained to the manager (executives chief) about it and I queried where the smell was coming from. He said there was a blockage in the sewage system and it would be rectified in the days to come. Two of the toilets in the foyer were out of order and he said the accessible toilet, directly off the main restaurant area, had a manhole inside that had recently been lifted and a seal broken in order to examine the blocked drains. The toilet wasn’t labelled “out of order” but was in full use. Therefore, every time it was used and the door was opened and closed, the smell of human waste was being carried in the air out towards our table. Undoubtedly, airborne stagnant human waste was travelling across the restaurant. Although the bill was paid in full, the management team have refused to refund the money so far.

Fairly friendly and took ou... read more Been to other restaurants in this chain in Larne and Lisburn and this is by far the worse. Start off with the good, staff were good. Fairly friendly and took our order quickly. Checked it over several times to make sure they got it right. The restaurant itself feels claustrophobic and like your are always being watched. Wasn’t overly busy but still enough going on to feel chaotic. Doesn’t help the heat was cranked up probably to get you to buy more drinks. Bathrooms were very poor, No roll left and could of used a good cleaning. There was also no changing facilities for babies unless you went through the other two locations to use those. Food itself was very poor. Batter on the chicken was absolutely stinking and tasted slightly underdone. Brisket was very dry. Giant taco shell was also tasteless and borderline inedible To top it all off Had the squirts afterwards.
