From booking, the room setup, org... read more Had a function in the Ashburn Hotel, Lurgan last night in the main hall. The whole experience was superb from start to finish. From booking, the room setup, organisation and assistance throughout the evening everything was professional with superb customer service. The Head Chef Ross and all his kitchen staff put up a fantastic buffet which was simply delicious. He constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking which it definitely was. The buffet was first class!. Kirsty (hope I got your name spelling right! , was the main event organiser and nothing was too much bother. She was always on hand with a smile checking everything was spot on to our needs and accommodated any request we had. Thank you to Kirsty and all your staff. Final thank you to Paul (General Manager and all your Hotel staff for everything, they are a credit to you and the Ashburn Hotel. The food was spectacular, the organisation, attention to detail and overall customer service was second to none. I enjoyed my stay.
