I’ve ordered salads to go many times before and have gotten a fair size meal for the price. Tonight’s salads were more like a side, not a meal. I asked the kids behind the counter about it and they just looked at me with no response. Glad I used my online reward points tonight because I probably won’t be going back for a while. Also won’t give a tip a head of time again either.

The worker c... read more The young people working behind the counter was doing their job. With sandwiches made, they tried to ring them up, and the cash register went down. The worker called their boss after they tried to fix it themselves, they came back and informed us it was going to be a 10-15 min longer wait, so I asked what are you going to do throw the sandwichs away, YEP! really YEP. So, instead of giving your customers one on the house and IDK some free publicity for your store, you'd rather throw away the food I already stood in line for for 15 minutes. Nice call.

Ordered a sandwich with turkey and chipotle sa... read more We used to get subway all the time without any issues, but the last few times there have been very disappointing. Ordered a sandwich with turkey and chipotle sauce untoasted, somehow got a toasted wrap with barely cooked bacon and guacamole. Completely different than what was ordered. The other sandwich we got was a smushed up 6” sandwich, again with nearly raw bacon and barely any other ingredients on it. We ended up throwing the second sandwich away because the bacon looked so sketchy. Hate posting negative reviews, but this isn’t the first time this has happened here.
