Mcdonald's - Craig

McDonald 's are ubiquitous, of course. One is pretty much like another. I go there because they are usually the first to open in the mornings. It 's the little things that separate them and that 's just what happened on Saturday. At 5:50 am I was greeted by a happy smile from a gal working both drive thru and front counter. I ordered breakfast and a coffee with a couple of cream. When she delivered the coffee she said the extra cream on the side was because the coffee seemed rather dark today. It wasn 't until later that I realized how thoughtful she was and I 'd like to thank her now. Some times the little things can really make a difference ! Thank You (She was right, the third cream was just what the coffee needed)

We picked up some McFlurries on an 8.5 hour drive home from the national parks. They have touch screen order system.

Lobby filthy everytime i come in always have to sit at a dirty table the game table in the play place is broken trash everywhere ice all over very sloppy dangerous lettuce on chairs but the red head manager was very nice and made my order bussin.

They're paying you guys plenty enough money to get the famn sandwich right. You gave me a cold double cheese burger with cold cheese. Come on people. It's not hard.

Food was cold which seems to be the norm these days. The lobby was nasty like all McDonald's lobbys and it was only 9 am .
