Parasol's - Cozumel

My husband and I love parasols for the atmosphere and they’re delicious food especially the roast beef debris poboy. Which in our opinion is the best poboy in the city. prior to tonight that is. We used to go once a week till we moved to Texas for work right when vivid begin. Covid must have hit them hard because the roast beef debris poboy is no more. The staff was friendly. The food is all basic bar fare, everything is fried and not much for vegetarians. But overall, it was a chill neighborhood bar and a good place to kick back and grab a beer.

Neighborhood bar that serves great food at good prices. Casual attire is recommended. Owner is super cool and friendly. Off the beaten path, but great place to get a bite while nursing a hangover!

Hands down the best po boy in town. The firecracker shrimp po boy is THE best meal I’ve ever had no question.

The fried shrimp and the half shrimp, half oyster po'boys are AMAZING. If you're strolling Magazine, you need to stop here.
